Richly baked with benevolent amount of cashews and sugar at the famous Gnanam bakery in Tuticorin, this egg based delicacy was originally introduced by the Portuguese, but stayed on to become an identity of the Pearl city of India. No wonder, these macroons look like molten pearls inviting us to gobble them all up!
