Black sticky rice(karuppu kowni).Minor Millets(Proso, Foxtail, Koda, Banyard,Little), Urad, Fenugreek, Salt
How to use
1.Mix together 1/2 cup water , 1/4 cup curd 1 cup Dosa Mix
2.Rest for 20 min make crisp dosas.
3.Smear some oil on the dosa & cook on both the sides, till it becomes little crispy
4.For added taste, add chopped onion , grated veggies sauted in 1 t.sp oil to the batter
